Welcome to the website of the Erasmus+ KA2 project Healthy lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits in teenagers. The goal of the project is to make students aware of the most common eating disorders among teens in order to prevent illnesses associated with wrong eating habits. The aim is to promote healthy lifestyles, fostering positive eating habits and new models of education through food culture, Biology, Science, Arts and Sports. Frequently teenagers have wrong eating habits and follow unhealthy diets, too rich in fats for their age. Some of them, mainly girls, may suffer from eating disorders endemic to the modern consumeristic age we live in. Therefore, the project aims at bringing together students with different social and cultural backgrounds in order to raise their awareness about the importance of a more correct lifestyle in nutrition, both at school and at home. Teachers and students from Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Poland and Slovakia will work in transnational teams along with the ambitious goal of promoting healthy lifestyles through positive eating habits.
